His relevant experience has included;
- Managing Director at Capita Insurance Service
- Operations Director at Aon
- Heading up a Global Outsourcing Practice
He has advised a number of national law firms on operational/commercial restructuring as well as a number of national/international BPM organisations. Mark will lead the day to day operations, business development and work with the Board on strategic matters.
